Smiling when I was overwhelmed. Showing up when I was exhausted. Taking care of everyone while quietly disappearing in the process. And for a long time, that became my normal.
I am Viv Obinna. A mother of four. A community builder. A support specialist. A John Maxwell Certified Coach and Trainer -- and a woman who has lived every word of this.
For years, I poured into people. Into motherhood. Into responsibilities. Into survival.
"Women are praised for carrying everything... but rarely taught how to care for themselves while doing it."
We normalize burnout. We call exhaustion "strength." We silence overwhelm and rename it "being a good woman."
And honestly? I got tired of surviving. Not because I was weak. But because I finally understood that constantly pouring from an empty cup is not noble. It is damaging.
Still Bloom Wellness was born from that realization. Not from perfection. Not from having life completely figured out. But from a woman learning how to breathe again.
A woman learning that healing does not always have to be loud. Sometimes it looks like resting. Sometimes it looks like journaling through the tears. Sometimes it looks like soft routines, quiet mornings, boundaries, and choosing yourself again, one small moment at a time.
I created Still Bloom for the woman who feels overwhelmed but keeps showing up anyway. The woman carrying invisible weight. The woman everyone calls "strong," even when she is falling apart inside.
This is your reminder that you do not need to completely break before you deserve care.
You are allowed to slow down. You are allowed to reset. You are allowed to become soft again without becoming weak. And most importantly, you are still allowed to bloom, even after the hardest seasons of your life.
Welcome to Still Bloom Wellness. A soft place for overwhelmed women to reset, heal, and find themselves again. 🌿
